Committee

Chair – Karina Hall

I was born in Ireland and moved to UK in 1986, I am a mother of 2 daughters adopted from China and wife of Stuart from South London. My journey into healing began several years ago when I was told during a birth chart reading in Goa, that I would do healing in the future. Since that time I learned that healing is in my mother’s family and my Grandfather and Uncle’s and cousin’s also have the gift of healing.

In May 2009 I felt in need of healing so I booked a Reiki course of treatment after which I knew I wanted to train in Reiki. I found a Tera-Mai™ Reiki & Seichem Master, Ellen O’Shea in St. Albans and booked a treatment, immediately I knew that this was more powerful than the Reiki I had previously experienced and decided to train in Tera-Mai™. I received Tera-Mai™ Reiki I & Seichem Level I attunements in September 2009 and Tera-Mai™ Reiki II & Seichem Level II attunements with Ellen O’Shea in October 2009.

In August 2010 I was reinitiated into Tera-Mai™ Reiki I & II & Seichem Level I & II and received Tera-Mai™ Reiki III & Seichem Level III attunements with Anita O’Hagan who became my next master. Kathleen Millner initiated me with the Heart Chakra at Chalice Wells, Glastonbury in March 2011. I received Tera-Mai™ Reiki IV, V VI, VII & Seichem Level IV, V VI, VII from Anita O’Hagan in August 2011.
I trained in reflexology with Three Shires School of Reflexology qualifying in July 2010.

Secretary – Usha Kant

My spiritual journey began after I was initiated into Tera-Mai™ Reiki/Seichem by Ella Shah of Edgware in London. At the time, I was going through a major upheaval in my personal life which resulted in me moving closer to my family in Coventry, with my 2 children. I soon found that choosing to become a lightworker profoundly changed my life;
Many kind people have entered my life, many coincidences and synchronicities have ordered my life and with the gift of Reiki, I too have had the honour of helping others who are going through turbulent times. My life has been perfectly orchestrated by the Divine in such a way that could not be better planned.
I joined a local Tera-Mai™ Reiki group where Anita O’Hagan became my next Reiki Master and teacher. I attribute much of my knowledge and experience to her dedication towards helping me to understand how to use this energy. I was recently re-initiated with these energies by Kathleen Milner at the sacred Chalice Wells gardens. In addition to becoming a practicing Reiki/Seichem Master, I also use Quantum Touch Healing which I have found to complement this powerful healing energy.

I have been a Tera-Mai™ Reiki practitioner and an Aromatherapist for 20 years and also trained as a Bowen therapist.

New Committee Members invited in September 2016

Tera-Mai UK Society is run entirely by the dedication of volunteers. To ensue the society remains relevant we require new volunteers this is particularly relevant as two long stansing members of the committee have requested to take a break after many years of dedication to the Society. We therefore wish to invite new members to volunteer on the committee who can bring new energy and excitement to TMUKS. Being a comittee member does not take up a lot of time however you should expect to dedicate up to 1 to 2 days a month on an adhoc basis.
